Is there a min. follower count to join the Kreator Program?
Yes, you will need to have minimum 1000 followers on a social media platform to be eligible for the Kreator Program. (Note: min. 5000 followers for Philippines and Hong Kong and min.8000 follower for Taiwan)
How do i get my exclusive promo code?
You will receive a welcome email with your exclusive promo code inside within 3-5 days upon signing up! (Do check your spam/ junk folder as well!) Drop an email to klookkreator@klook.com if you have yet to receive the email 🙏
How will i know my earnings and when can i get paid?
You will be able to check your earning through the Kreator portal dashboard and be paid 3 months after the month of booking. (i.e Commission for bookings made in Jan will be paid out in April)
Commission payout will be calculated by the 15th of each month and released to your account at the end of the month.
What are the payment methods?
Payment will be via direct bank transfer. Please note that commissions must meet a min. amount of USD150 or equivalent.
