Terms & Conditions

  1. You must be a member of both Korean Air SKYPASS and KLOOK to earn miles.
  2. SKYPASS mileage can be earned for completed purchases made on Klook's platform, only when accessed through Korean Air website or app.
  3. Mileage Earning Details & Conditions:
  • Mileage accrual rate may differ depending on the products. (Up to 2 miles per 1 USD paid). To view a detailed list of Excluded & 1Mile per 1USD products, please vist this Link.

  • Mileage shall not be earned on cancelled or refunded bookings.

  • To earn mileage, you must enter your 12-digit SKYPASS account number and last name at the time of booking. The SKYPASS numbers should be without any spaces, and the last name must match the last name registered at SKYPASS.

  • In case you do not provide SKYPASS information or provide incorrect or someone else' information, mileage shall not be earned.

  • It may take up to 90 days until SKYPASS mileage are credited after the purchased activities/services are consumed. Earned mileage can be found on the Korean Air website under the "My Mileage" > "Mileage Details" menu.

  • When paid in a currency other than USD, the amount of accrued mileage may differ from your expectation due to a fluctuation in exchange rate.

  • Earned miles cannot be cancelled or reimbursed for monetary value.

  • Earned miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the SKYPASS program.
