Puri Wulandari a Boutique Resort & Spa

Good hotel not top luxurious but very traditional. Hotel slightly aging and products in room including linens not quite at 5 star level. But very unique setting quiet food is good so if you are not an absolutely high end cliscerning guest, then this Ubud west spot is for you

It’s good but food is very restricted.

Amazing

The service was EXCELLENT. Room and property was very clean. All the staff were very friendly

Really good experience.

I really enjoyed the staff . They were very friendly and welcoming

While the hotel staff were very accommodating, I encountered some issues during my stay. I had contacted the hotel a month prior to inquire about their spa services and made a booking well in advance. Unfortunately, I was informed just two days before my trip that the spa would not be available. Additionally, I arranged for a private photographer for a photoshoot at the venue. To my surprise, I was suddenly informed of a 1.7 million IDR fee for using the space, despite the fact that I was already a paying guest. In my experience with several five-star hotels, I have never been asked to pay an extra charge for taking photos on the premises.

As advertised, beautiful, great staff and just amazing. You’ll never regret it

The house staff were excellent and made my stay enjoyable.

Property was great. They have shuttle service for the city center but you need to have vehicle for rest of the times. Far from the shops and restaurants but they have good restaurant aswell. Be carefull with the frogs and lizards they can get into the room. Pool infront of the room was great
