The staff was VERY helpful in recovering my cell phone when it was lost in the taxi that took us from the hotel to the port to board our ship.
They were also extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and arranging for us to check in to a room early, which we badly needed.
I could not say enough wonderful positive people who work at Novatel there, and how much I appreciated them finding my cell phone for me.

Lovely room but aircon only worked a few minutes every hour so was very warm. Booked this hotel because it had pool and even when we arrived and asked we weren’t told it was shut due to works so that was really disappointing. Good location though and free shuttle back to airport was very good.

Parking is great and secure. Hotel is very good and so convenient. The buffet breakfast is very good and there is loads of choice. Very short walk to massive shopping mall and also the sea. Also good transport into the heart of Nice. Only five minutes in car to airport or their free shuttle service.

The room were very cleaned expecially when the tall dark male(cant remember his name), he cleaned to perfection and help arranged our things neatly. He deserves a reward. Some staffs were very nice but others were terrible and rude. The lady that picked us up at the airport was very rude and unhelpful. She was on the phone when we got the vehicle and still on it for about 5min after we loaded our luggages in it.Dont expect them to help with your luggages. She started checking us in and later told the other lady to check us in as she cant deal with us since we don't speak French, then she walked off without no apology. She was rude. When we booked it didn't say we have to pay for breakfast for 16years only for us to get to the hotel and we were charged for breakfast for 16year old child. It should have been added when we mentioned 2 adults and a child age 16 in the booking. The breakfast staffs were very nice and helpful.

The location of property was great, in front of a shopping mall and near beach!
Staff were very friendly and nice!
The rooms are very small. We stayed there 5 nights, unfortunately the room they gave us smelled terrible. A smell like sewer or mold! We couldn’t sleep first night at all!
Next day, they offered us another room at third floor. It was much better than the previous one but still you could smell a weird smell! I don’t know what was the reason!
I don’t give this hotel 4 star!
Maybe maximum 3 star!

Each hotel room now has small angular metal tables that replace the more practical wooden furniture of before. Shower size and design is more accessible than before. We find the duvet bed covers are too small and hot, so we request sheets and a blanket like Novotel had before. However, sheet sizes (liked many hotels) are not adequate to fully cover the mattress and bedsides. The optional breakfast is huge but expensive. Lighter and cheaper options are across the street in the impressive shopping center. The main advantage of Novotel is its free airport shuttle and location near a scenic beach promenade with dozens of restaurants. We keep coming back.

Great for getting to/ from the train and hotel. Loved that they held our bags for us before check in, and a great welcome box for our young son. We only stayed one night, but will consider this hotel for a longer stay based on the kids amenities and location.

All the amenities were great and up to date. It was the people however who made the difference! Wonderful and accommodating and really, really pleasant. A special thank you to Amelie at the front desk and the manager Thierry. You guys are the very best!!!!
