Waterpark or witbit is far from beach and can only b access by swiming in water which is almost 4 to 5 meter deep, Which is not suitable for non swimmers and my kids were so sad inspite of staying 3night we were unable to enjoy that aminity..the solution can be a easy 2 min ride by boat for the people who want to use..as they highlight this amenity as their biggest water park in RAK

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island with our 9-month-old baby. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and welcoming—the reception team kindly upgraded our room to a top category, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also upgraded our package from All-Inclusive to Dine Around, giving us access to multiple restaurants and bars across the resort (with a selected menu), which was a nice added touch. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and we all truly enjoyed our time there. The food quality and variety were good overall, though there is still some room for improvement. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay—we would definitely consider coming back.

It was good to stay and location was peaceful We took 3 rooms all inclusive but to our disappointment apart feom breakfast quality of food and options in lunch and dinner were extremely low quality, reused beef on other night. Might not go for all inclusive as this does not worth the price.

F&B Team were very slow and very confused about helping us to book our New Years Eve Dinner. We ordered Room Service via the QR Code that was on the TV and on the sheet in our room, but when we called 45mins later, they said they never got the order and we need to call to order. Bad systems. Apart from this it was a good stay, the staff were very very helpful and we had a good stay.
