The property overall was nice but needed a little extra love and care. The room was a little old and needed to be cleaned better with the old dusk caked into the cracks of corners and bathroom areas. The free breakfast was ok. The pool was ok. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very close to the beach and other fun activities but just off the main strip enough where you don't have to deal with all the partying and noise.

Breakfast was goid, staff excellent, vlose to beach and runway market. Nice and quiet, good sleep everynight.

Serious lack of parking. Big hassle which you dont want after a six hour drive. Reception demanded my passport and initially dismissed my pink ID and driving licenses both of which carry my photo, address and are issued by the Thai government. Afyer that it got better but in I tial impressions not hood. Room was good but old. Bed comfy, A/C perfect, blackout curtains did their job. Room is qyiet despite being at the front possibly due to extensive carpeting in the hallway. Breakfast was ok but nothing to get excited about. Room still smelled of last ni g hts seafood extraviganza, great if you like seafood!. Staff generally quite nice and friendly. Not sure i would go back as there is such a choice in pattaya.
