As the prior years, it was another beautiful stay. Over the past years, the hotel kept its standards. I will stay here again. Everything is kept very cleaned and the staff very friendly and professional.

Great stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location made getting around easy. Coffee machine was amazing, and overall the hotel felt comfortable and well managed. Perfect for a smooth, hassle‑free trip.

I arrived around 8 PM. The lobby did not have Air conditioning , and I had to wait more than 45 minutes to finally have a room. I had already paid for my reservation but they told me there was no room available. This was ridiculous, and a frustrating situation to be in especially with kids, and coming from a long flight. I booked a family room, it was listed in my reservation on Expedia that it has a refrigerator, but the room came without a refrigerator, which was an inconvenience in the summer. All the food i brought with me went bad as a result. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be coming back here again.

No fridge inside the room, no Intercom from the room to communicate to the receptionist. No body lotion. It’s not convenient at all. I had to checkout earlier than planned because it wasn’t convenient for me at all

during check in, staff did not return my passport, had to return to front desk to retrieve. instead of explaining info about hotel shuttle, instructed me to download app, not helpful. i requested taxi for 6 am pick up the following morning, no taxi. i asked morning staff to re order taxi, still no taxi as we waited. i ended up ordering an uber to take us to airport. no telephone is room. wake up call consisted of staff knocking at our door. would not recommend hotel

Staff were helpful and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and had a variety of items. My only complaint is that the pillows were inadequate.

Clean rooms, very helpful front desk and staff. They allowed us to check in a little over one hour before the designated check in time set. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Good breakfast and offer shuttle transport to the airport.

Nice renovation. Room are clean and large. Nights were really silent during my 7 nights stay. AC doesn’t work even when you turn it on from the controls in the room. This may be a problem for people liking cool rooms. The hotel decides when you can stay fresh. Breakfast buffet is nice. Lots of choices, and really fresh viennoiseries (croissants, pain au chocolat ect…).
