La ubicación del hotel buena, el desayuno limitado en opciones, pero estaba bueno y el área de desayuno limpia y organizada. El empleado de recepción del check in fue poco amable un poco grosero, los demás empleados fueron amables. La recepción del hotel y áreas en común estaban limpias y bonitas. El cuarto estaba limpio, pero marcas de humedad en techo y paredes, cuando regresamos en la noche al entrar al cuarto habia una gotera en la entrada por el acondicionador de aire. Recomiendo se le dé mantenimiento a la habitacion.

Arrived at Hotel Antico Panada 8 minutes before check in. Got told to wait. Staff member checked in people for their hotel.
I attempted to use the WC in Hotel Antico Panada, but it was covered in faeces.
I was given room 403. I asked if the lift went all the way as I’m on life sustaining treatment. Staff said no, lift goes to the third floor.
When I got to my room. The buzzing noise was very loud. I opened the shutters. And the AC system for the whole building was on the patio at my room.
I spoke to the staff at Hotel Antico Panada, asking if that noise was 24 hours. Staff member was an arse. He ranted that I’ve got what I’ve paid for. Pay cheap and get cheap. I asked if the owner was available. He laughed in my face, saying the owner doesn’t care, and I’m getting nothing back. He then ranted about it being my fault for booking the hotel.
Breakfast is in the Hotel Antico Panada, but it’s the worst breakfast I’ve witnessed in my life. Few tiny rolls, one jam, the slowest coffee machine, huge queues in a tiny space, not enough seats, everyone squeezed in together… and it’s €10 😂

அற்புதம் This was a beautiful room to stay in, quite at night, friendly staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here.
Did I mention the property is not even a block from the Vatican!

Our room was broken and in poor condition overall. Shower head arm & toilet seat were broken and not fixed until the next day. Same for the safe as well.
The carpet had been cut out in pieces and new pieces glued down. The closet door was off the track and resting against the side of the closet up against the wall.
Where the wall meets the ceiling has been painted over the wallpaper to try and cover what appears to be mold. The AC temperature is limited, doesn’t go below 22.2*. There is a hole in the wall at the bathroom door frame as well.
The staff at check in was unfriendly and not helpful to have the items in the room fixed. Apparently he is the sole worker in the hotel @ 5pm onwards.
We asked to have the room changed, early check out with a refund or partial refund and every option/suggestion was declined. The maintenance staff were friendly and tried to assist where possible. The breakfast was different from what we are accustomed to - cold ham or salami with cheese on a dinner roll or croissant. There was jam, honey or Nutella available for the croissant as well. Lots of people were complaining about the coffee. The juice was good! We didn’t try the corn flakes.
I would never stay here again and can’t recommend this hotel. There are too many other options available.
