நல்லது Tired and badly designed room. Could barely get in the toilet! No wardrobe to speak of. Tiny bathroom. Laundry facilities were good. Some desk staff were helpful, others not. Noise from the back street late at night, seemed ignored by security.

The bathroom emitted a foul and unpleasant odor. There was really nothing staff could do. It seems to be a septic issue. I also found a dead spider in my bed, so the room was not throughly cleaned when they gave it me.

Early check in was appreciated. Aircon in main room worked well. Fan in bedroom was helpful to keep air moving since no aircon. Kitchen small but functional. Beds comfortable. Staff polite but not overly helpful - was Fete Nationale while we were staying but no mention of this in terms of activities or road and business closures.

J'ai trouvé le staff vraiment super, du début à la fin. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute et disponibles. Les chambres sont modernes et pratiques comme des appartements.
Bien situé entre le vieux-port et la gare.

Great location; walking distance from the Old Port where most of the action is.
The front desk staff (we were served by Loïc and Thomas) were really helpful and gave great recommendations that we highly recommend now as well: for dinner (Brasserie Barbotin) and brunch (Biba). Room was small and even with the curtains drawn would have been unbearably hot (weather outside was 40+ celsius), but was great with the AC , which luckily ran flawlessly (and continually in our case!) My recommendation to the management is to install UV blocking film to the room glass balcony doors. This would bring the temperature WAY down and would despite the initial investment, save tons of electricity cost with the constant AC use in every room. I would also install better black-out curtains with silver lining to the outside to reflect even more heat out.
