This hotel provided a shuttle service when I returned our rental car and assisted in driving me back to the hotel. Also provided transportation to the St. John's Airport. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions I had. I recommend this hotel for the wonderful convenience of being so close to the St. John's Airport.

The drapes didnt cover the windows so the room wasn’t dark for sleeping. Toilet was very low, need to upgrade size.

Loved the pool and waterslide. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The pool with the waterslide was a hit with the kids. Close to the airport, and coffee spot for breakfast. Check in staff is quite curt when asking for help, but can do interactions to a minimum. The rooms were clean, All else was good. Will stay again.

We were there for four nights. It amazes me that you are penalized for a longer stay. We were not entitled to daily room cleaning because we chose to spend more money at your hotel . That just isn’t acceptable. That’s what we are paying for .

Staff was really helpful especially Ibo who helped w our reservation, front desk staff at check in and shuttle driver. Lobby well laid out and looked nice. Building up our expectation for the rooms. Unfortunately the room looked old and outdated. Hotel rooms really need an upgrade. Will I stay again…only if the rooms are upgraded. It’s a pity because the staff were amazing. The good news….renovation is the easy part. Really hope mgmt is reading this.
