You can't beat the location. A short walk to shops, restaurants, subway station, and airport bus stop. Hotel is well maintained. Room is on the small side but it seems standard in Asia. Highly recommended.

Very nice location. So many shops , night market. Foot steps away from local transit, subways.
Hotel staff is just okay. Some good, some not very friendly.

Staff was excellent. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. They ordered us a car for early morning airport departure as Uber or taxi service wouldn't pick up at hotel using apps. The only downfall was lack of window in room. Made for a depressing stay in the room.

Everything about this hotel is excellent except amenity provision. The front desk is manned by a staff at any one time that limits the level of assistance he could give to patrons, for instance when the front entrance door could not open during rainy day, but I must say they had tried their best. The front desk staff is friendly and could speak English reasonably well.
But I am surprised that in its sustainability effort, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste and razor. Patrons have to buy them from nearby convenient stores which ironically, created some inconveniences.
Overall, a good hotel with a good location. Would recommend this hotel to friends coming to Korea.

Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, central and walking distance from everything Seoul. Located in a prominent shopping district with great restaurants and easy access to the metro. Only complaint is there’s no gym.
