The property was not great,they promote lot of their personal business, the bedsheets had stains,the whole property was smelling phenol all the time. Breakfast was below average Worst tasting tea an as always out of stock including tea cups Showerheafs were rusty,bathroom floor had mold. Marks on towels and bedsheets, Overall very disgusting experience.

The hotel is ok , but from my personal opinion the room looks more like a guest house and not 4 stars hotel , but still everything was good.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. it’s more like a 1 or 2-star property. My wife did not feel safe during our entire stay, and I’m honestly glad we only stayed one night. The whole hotel needs major renovations. Pictures look nice but don’t be fooled!! This is similar in price to other actual 4-5 stars in the area. Do not stay here if you’re looking for nice and or safe. The staff at the front desk also tried to overcharge us for Taj Mahal tickets by asking to buy 3 tickets when we needed only 2 and get an extra fees of 50 rupees per ticket on top of the regular price, which felt very dishonest. The breakfast was disappointing as well. If we had arrived in Agra earlier, I would have left and booked another hotel, even if it meant losing the money for this stay. The current rating of this hotel feels very misleading. For another $20 USD, you can stay at a much better hotel like a Holiday Inn, and this property is nowhere near that standard. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place.

Easy walk to Taj Mahal East Gate. Good customer service.

Location is perfect for travellers and very easy to communicate with staff

Great hotel, very close to the Taj Mahal. Outdoor swimming pool and restaurant with a varied Indian, Chinese and continental menu. The hotel also arranged a brilliant guide (Sanjay) for us to visit the Taj Mahal. If we ever visit the area again, we will stay here.

Everything was excellent! Very close to Taj Mahal and rooftop restaurant with Taj view was a bonus!

The room was in deplorable conditions. It was rated 7.6 and 4 stars on the Expedia website. While it had close proximity to the Taj Mahal this was far from a 4 star or 7.6 rating. The room, bathroom and hotel in general was 2 star or 4.0 rating at best. We decided to walk away from this hotel and eat the cost of what we paid and rebook at another hotel. The other hotel was truly 5 star for the same price in the same area. BEWARE!

Property is very dated and in need of major refurbishment. Only good thing about the hotel is that's in waliking distance of the Taj Mahal.

We booked two nights but checked out after one because the bathroom was in terrible condition, with hairs on towels, dirty floors and water leaking across the room. Despite raising this concern reception refused to move us to another room or offer a meaningful solution. The overall cleanliness and maintenance did not match the hotel’s advertised standard. On a positive note, the breakfast team were excellent, very polite and attentive, and the food service was the only highlight of our stay.
