Location amazing, but effectively cut of from being able to come and go from the resort as you please due to the road that serves the property, only driveable in a 4x4. Same for getting to your lodge, if the cable car is not running or someone else using it, you have to wait for a car. We spent a large proportion of the holiday waiting on roads trying to get back and forth.
Henris was great, but the food in main restaurant wasn't good. The two times we ate there, we had cold food as the wait between the meals coming out for 7 of us meant we were sat for 20mins before we could even start.
The final staw was for our pickup on the day we were meant to leave, and they had us waiting by the side of a dirt road at 4.30am for almost 45 mins with 2 young and very tied children.
We paid almost 8k gbp for a week here for 7 of us and for the money was just not worth it. Has the potential to be great but is only a 3 star at best. Save the stress and book somewhere that you come away from feeling relaxed and not more stressed than when you started.
