Very bad front desk - unprofessional wearing sleeping cloth with with sandles - have no photo copy machine to photo copy passport un-bolite knocked on my doors 3 times for no reason NOT SAFE TO STAY IN HERE.

Excellent.. Warm and friendly staff clean rooms; reasonably priced.. Located in a central area of cairo with easy access to taxi service and tours to heritage places in Egypt.

Great place. I had to choose this place as a kind of a last minute decision because the hotel I initially wanted to choose had raised its price to something I could not afford. From the minute I checked in all of the staff was great to me and treated me like family. They always claimed it was "Egyptian hospitality" but I feel like they are deep down just genuine people.
