Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas ,el desayuno era variado con diferentes opciones cada día .Los pastries ricos .El staff muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar .Definitivamente me quedaría otra vez .100% recomendados

Location is great to point of interest. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super great and professional.

Very small rooms. They control the AC and almost like there is no one.

We didnt get off to a great start… the day before our trip the hotel cancelled our room for no reason. Apparently this was the fault of a member of staff at the hotel . I had to spend hours on the phone and on online chat to rebook my room. The room prices had obviously increased so needed to negotiate with hotels.com to fix the issue. Because i had to rebook i also lost my topcashback of £25! This was very stressful the night before our trip. Once we arrived the man on the front desk was unapproachable and didnt make us feel welcome, however they had made a pretty display on our bed as it was our anniversary. The rooms are very basic and small but you have everything you need. The location is amazing. You are right in the heart of the tourist area. One morning another hotel guest woke us up playing a recorder. When we complained the same man at the desk shrugged his shoulders and said “well its the morning”. He offered no help. Another guest knocked on theor door and complained to them. The reception was sadly very unhelpful and barely looked up from his phone when you walked in. The lady serving coffee in cafe area was wonderful. Welcoming and chatty but the coffee was very expensive! All in all the room was fine 3 stars at most as very basic but great location is good

Breakfast was great, rooms warm and very clean, nice fresh water after each clean - very obliging and friendly staff. Great location - close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Good location in istanbul

breakfast was good. upon check in i was given the biggest room with best view. yet it was very very small. staff was very friendly. very good location in sultanahmet. i recommend it if the small space is not an issue.

It was not what I was expecting, the pictures are way better than reality.

Rooms are clean and a good size. Breakfast is buffet style in their on site cafe. It’s well located for the Blue Mosque etc being within 5 mins walking distance. Access to the tram and metro are also close by. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location- very convenient. Clean room, good bang for your money & the coffee shop downstairs was yummy
