The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did try to come in. Overall I definitely recommend this property.

This quiet villa was in a beautiful neighborhood. My husband, 20 year old daughter and myself don’t like a busy hotel, as well as rushing to get to breakfast every morning ; I rather rent a quiet place with a kitchenette and make my own meals which I was able to do at Alani Bay. The property owner was very attentive if we had a question. It was perfect for my family.

The pictures are absolutely not accurate! Crusty old and run down. If you have any type of weight to you, you will not fit on the toilet. The kitchen was disgusting and old. The entire place was disappointing at best... AVOID
