Breakfast was yum, rooms clean and staff were overall friendly. The lifts were very busy and slow, made a booking for 5 rooms as we were on a family holiday, all rooms were scattered on different levels. Toilet paper wasnt topped up and lift cards continued not to work.

The welcome is not really good, we have to carry the luggage either we understand the situation of the building (that is combine between apartment, hotel and other complex) but we expect to have better welcome service. Everything here is perfect, the breakfast is yummy, staffs is take care and nice. And they prepare the cake for my birthday I'm really love it. Thank u ☺️

The swimming pool is amazing, well worth the visit but you are only allowed to go to the top pool once a day. The lifts were a bit busy and difficult to get into. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for such a large hotel. One coffee machine meant a long wait for a drink. The fruit juice was very watered down and the choice of fresh fruit was terrible.

Nice location, very clean, close to the ocean. I went during the Tet Holliday, it was so crowded! So it was a challenge to get the elevator to go the 21st floor!

I like the hotel this is my second time stay there Front desk and belt-person was great … Outside in front of the property not so great it can be little bit more clean up…btw the pool was beautiful but too many people’s smoking that’s not good i guess it’s only in Vietnam
