Amazing location, cute little hotel with helpful staff and everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The public bath was superb, gym adequate and breakfast was good. I enjoyed the room very much too, slept really well each night.

Rooms were very clean and amenities were nice. They only clean rooms once every 3 days which was very new to me. Most hotels I stayed in Japan cleaned every day or every other day.

Staff not overly friendly and rooms small not expecting that at this price point and business hotels with simular setups are available at a value. But still over all the hotel was satisfactory

rooms great, Onsen was an amazing experience. Gym was very limited. the staff was great the biggest let down was the breakfast buffet it was very limited for with no basic western breakfast foods and the coffee was terrible. overall great stay did not offer a late check out had to pay which was disappointing.

Hotel is newer i think but so limited staff for guest demands like housekeeping service, morning buffet same all menus and hot foid is that hot either almost room temp. Also there s no salt and peppers on the table. Feel like becoming cheaper tourist. All and all, not to happy stay at property. I can grade it 2 or 3 star hotel. No drink water daliy at room, too.

அற்புதம் Granbell is a hidden gem; great value for the money; access to a small fitness room and onsen spa bath on top floor is also a plus.
