Incredibly thankful for staff allowing us to store our luggage for a few days prior to checking in! This made traveling between cities and islands way more enjoyable. We only stayed one evening at Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin however can say it is very convenient. Easy access to many amenities and shopping nearby, train station also within walking distance. Also enjoyed our breakfast buffet options and the welcome treat/time of happy hour in the lounge! The only feedback was the initial smell walking into the room, despite the hotel being a strict no smoking hotel. There was an odd smell but after opening window for a few hours, went away. Otherwise, excellent use of floor plan for those with lots of luggage.

Convenient location- easy access to plenty of malls connected by the underground mall that leads to the train station. The room was really stuffy though, the air conditioner didn't work

Every staff was very nice and welcoming! Breakfast was really good with lots of Japanese food selection. I also enjoyed cake/drink service!

Shower room/toilet has very strong smell of urine all the time. There was serious quarrel between two people on my floor. When I was about to call the reception, I realized that there’s no phone in the room. There were so many people packing their luggage at the main hall of entrance makes it looks very messy and noisy. The management need to see how to address the issue.
