The staffs are very polite. Everywhere is clean and spacious than other hotels that charge about the same price. I will use this hotel again

The room was one of the largest we had in Japan. The hotel was located within easy walking distance of the train station, but was very quiet. We loved happy hour!

This is a basic hotel that provides all the necessities at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but there is enough space for a normal amount of luggage. The mattress is very firm and the pillows were flat so i wouldn't say it was my most comfortable sleep. The building is very quiet which is a plus. The breakfast is completely Japanese with not really any western options. We didn't have an issue with this but other's might. Food was refreshed through out breakfast. You are able to walk to many places from the hotel or jump on the train at Nagoya station. You can walk underground most of the way to the station it just takes a bit of navigating.

Good variety of breakfast buffet items, nice touch with the happy hour. Rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Close to trains, shopping, and food options.

Everything is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast for only $8 per person. The public bath is small but comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Close to Nagoya Station was convenient. I enjoyed the sauna/bath. Would definitely stay here again.
