방이 좀 작지만. 샤워기 압이 좋아요. 위치 때문에 선정했어요. 모든게 가까이 있어서 편했어요. 비품을 혼자서 챙겨야 했지만 그런데로 괜찬았어요.

Here is a brief, impactful list of the main issues for your review: Missing standard amenities. (기본 편의 시설 부족) No heating floor; room was very cold. (난방 시설 부재로 객실이 매우 추웠음) Staff unaware of the "terras" location. (직원이 테라스 위치를 몰랐음) Karaoke system quality was poor. (노래방 시스템 품질 불만족) Final Verdict: Would not recommend. Would you like a single, short paragraph combining these points?

சராசரிக்கும் குறைவானது
First, the elevator to the floor that we were staying on, did not work. The room was not clean, it was actually pretty disgusting, there was even somebody else’s shower shoes left in the room. There was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, The towels were old bath mats that had been cut in half with strings hanging them all of them like they were rags. The room stunk, there was laundry piled up in the hallways, there was no AC as the room was uncomfortably warm when we checked in. So we checked out first thing in the morning and notified hotels.com that Wood we would not be staying the entire state due to the issues that we’ve experienced in our arrival. We are still waiting for a response on our refund from hotels.com.
