We loved our stay here would highly recommend the hotel. The location worked great close to the train station and lots of shopping great city bakery right across the street with wonderful baked goods and sandwiches and lattes, etc. staff were wonderful and the rooms were very nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right outside your door you can walk to the market or subway. The onsen is very nice and well maintained. The property backs onto a cemetery/ temple which is interesting aand quiet. The room I booked had two beds that were side by side. One was extremely hard to access because it was right next to a wall. I disliked their bed, it was too hard and the pillows were horrible. I don’t think I got a good sleep the entire time I stayed there. The staff did not go out of their way to make my experience special even though I was there to celebrate my 60th birthday. My overall experience was so/so. I highly doubt I will go back to this hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lounge, and a large comfortable public bath for use. Well-located within the city, I’d highly recommend this as your stay.

This property was very cleaned. Very nice. We set a good ambiance as soon as you walk in the door. The smells were nearly mystifying. This Taft was very professional and worked well within multiple cultures. With the use of that language. Apparatus has the front desk. Very smart piece of machinery to have.
