Fantastic and professional and top quality, well-rehearsed operation. A high standard of care in a solid, old (in a good way), traditional and established building. Breakfast will blow your minds! Such quality and variety and impreccable service. A hundred out of a hundred.

We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Our flight was delayed and Hasan arranged for the kitchen to prepare dinner for us even though they were about to close. We booked airport pick up and it was a great choice. The spa is lovely with great massages and the breakfast was delicious with a very wide range of choices and very kind and helpful staff. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The staff at hotel Sultan are amazing. They were so helpful and kind so many times they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They had an afternoon tea that was delightful with all sorts of good treats to eat. The breakfast buffet was quite good. In addition, the location is awesome!

Great location - could not have been any better. friendly staff, comfortable room, good gym area and really nice sauna/pool area. Breakfast area has great views and good selection of food. A little awkward for taxis to get to, but this is because the location is so good. Totally recommend.

This is a boutique hotel in the heart of old town Istanbul. Easily walkable to all the sights and feels very safe. The room was large and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the restaurant that is connected to this hotel very much. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We had our Turkish bath here and it was amazing. They had a spa with marble heated tables and privacy. Our entire stay was just wonderful!
