Hotel is ok but before check in everything is working properly or not working. There staff need to check before entering in hotel room. TV program was not working properly. I have complaint then they upgraded my room and then everything was fine. Other wise staff were good.

Staff were super helpful, room was clean, 'smart' and lovely, couldn't be nicer. The art was not particularly to my taste. Only thing is, I booked this hotel for the caves look, disappointed I did not get.Apparently only 2 rooms like that, and were not even available to view, apparently under maintenance HOTELS.COM pictures are very misleading.

The hotel feels like a different kinda hotel and not a professional one. The room stinks. The guy in the reception is super rude. "Either you stay of leave, I don't care but I will make sure there is no refund." I am not sure how they are still running this place.

We had requested for Airport shuttle before the journey started and we received personal msg from hotel to confirm that it will be available. We had sent the flight itinerary. Though the flight landed late and baggage claim took time driver patiently waited for few hrs till we came out. We were well received at the reception. Breakfast area was cosy and food variety was excellent. Stay was comfortable and location very close to the airport took less than 15 minutes to reach. Stayed there for only 1 night. They took us back to Airport at the early hrs of the morning as well.

Great hotel and staff very pleasant. Breakfast was brilliant. Only 2 days of cold shower even after you put on the geezer switch. Luckily the weather was very warm so a cold shower was ok for us.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves good food. The rooms are clean and quiet. I look forward to staying here again.

It's hard to find a good hotel in Mumbai. Jewelry and a debit card went missing from the room, which could happen at any hotel unfortunately. But on top of that we were double charged for one of the nights and they are not getting back to my request to address this. The hotel itself was clean which was great and the breakfast was good. I just wish the customer service was better. And always use the safe-wherever you stay!
