I stayed at Amata Hotel for one night, but unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience. When I arrived, I was given a notice saying that if I brought a guest to the room or had someone stay overnight, I would be charged a $500 fine. I understand hotels have rules, but the way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The customer service was disappointing, and I did not feel treated like a valued guest. I would not return to this hotel and I hope they improve their guest experience in the future.

This place has just a slightly old fashioned perfect vibe, great modern rooms, the balconies and chairs at the windows and spa, pool, cafe on sight are great. You're in wichit but it feels like you're in out of the city completely. Love it

Loved the location!! Right by the ocean and in the strip of the night life.It gets loud at night but everything was within walking distances,very convenient.

Nice, clean hotel with excellent customer service! The Duty Manager Yon (horrible with names but I think this is it) was amazing at check in. She checked us in quickly & gave us a few welcome drinks & even upgraded my room as a perk of my company. All of the staff was amazing. I was always met with a great smile & Raqin was very helpful & masterful at being hospitable. In a really walkable area & close to plenty of shopping & food places. I’d definitely recommend stay here. They have a rooftop pool but it does require you to walk up some stairs (adding in the event that you have disabilities that let keep from walking up many stairs.)
