no wifi on the first night
the gentlemen took my request and followed up
luckily the wifi was fixed ans ok on the 2nd and 3rd night
a big thank you to that gentlemen
the room was a bit old and the bath room could sometimes smelly
the location is very good, and walk down to the JR station, or walk up to old Karuizawa Ginza Street

Large rooms and very comfortable beds. A bit far from the station but manageable if you don't have extra large luggage. Super delicious Korean restaurant nearby with a very friendly Korean owner. It's a must if you like Korean food ,!!

It’s a tranquil area, right next to the New art museum and glass-made chapel. The kettle in the room is a warm touch, kept us warm with hot drinks walking in from the freezing temperature.

Nice property and friendly staff. The temperature control system needs to be improved. The room could be too warm.

The room was pretty big and had a kitchenette area, and it was clean.
The front desk staff were also very helpful.
