The hotel has the best location and the staff are very nice. They are very accommodating and attend to your needs right away, in a short persons of time. The best customer service is more important than the hotel itself. The breakfast was great with wide variety of food and drinks.

When we checked in the manager at the desk, went through a long list of things that we would be charged for if anything happened to them while we were staying here. When we got to our room, there was no hot water. We called the desk and someone came up to turn on the hot water in our room. There were ants in the room. The buffet breakfast was just OK. The drink that they called orange juice tasted like Gatorade.

The hotel was decent. It was a good value for the money. The breakfast buffet was amazing! If I return to Boracay, I would stay at a beachfront hotel. This hotel was about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. The heat can be extreme.

The one thing I need when I book a hotel is a pool. I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool, but it was out of order the whole time I was there. I was very disappointed Also, my air conditioner was not cooling the room enough

We stayed here from May 12-16 and the cleanliness of the facility is immediately noticeable, you can tell the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work. The customer service team at the front desk and the rest of the staff even the security guard is just phenomenal, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive and eager to help us with our needs. Lastly the breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of delicious options for everyone. We will absolutely be back!
