Foreign guests must present a valid passport, while Singapore citizens must present a valid government-issued ID or passport in accordance with local regulations. The property requires a refundable security deposit of SGD 50 in CASH upon check-in. 100% non-smoking rooms. A fine of SGD 100 will be charged for any smoking violation. Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Guests under 18 years of age must provide a consent letter from a parent.
