Comfortable bed, clean room, cold AC

Chambre correcte. Aucune place de rangement ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Personnel très courtois Bien situé

This was an excellent hotel on a budget. It was a fantastic location, and it felt very clean and nice. Of course, the room is tiny and basic, but it was exactly what we needed for this trip where we were only in the room for sleeping, anyway. I would highly recommend the Z Hotel to anyone traveling to London who doesn’t want to spend money on an extravagant hotel but who also doesn’t want the hostel experience of shared bathrooms.

Great location to easily walk to all the area attractions, historic sites and shopping. Family room is a cool design but tight for a family of 4 with luggage. Glass shower and bathroom needs be more private for a family space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

staff were helpful and very friendly the room was emaculate and was well stocked with fresh towels and tea and coffee and i was happy it had air conditioning with the warm weather in london this weekend

Great place to stay in London. Wonderful staff and excellent location.

Check in was seamless, we left our bags in the morning and they where in our room at check-in later. Staff where very helpful and explained everything. The room was an inside 'queen' with no window. Not having a window into the outside world was not a problem. The window into the bathroom was however rather strange. The shower/toilet area had a lightly frosted glass screen around, so privacy was almost zero. A rather strange and avoidable fitment. Why not a plain panel ? The shower itself was good but the door opened inwards meaning you had to back into a corner to exit, plenty of space to open outwards ? There was nice coffee in bags, but there was only two sockets in the room, meaning the kettle and tray had to be carried to the bedside table. Stranger still as the Tv was on the opposite wall but with no visible socket, and I did look !

Perfect for our overnight stay in London. Although the rooms are small the use of space is brilliant, they are very well maintained and comfortable. The hotel on the whole was excellent with friendly and helpful staff and in a great location for the part of London.
