We had a great stay at the Sutton Park Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, with transportation and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Vancouver. Looking forward to our return visit.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Close to all events for World Cup and downtown waterfront. Lots of restaurants and amenties in the area. Parking is extra as most hotels downtown

We arrived early and agreed to take an upgrade in order to get early check in. However, the upgrade had a/c only on the kitchen/sitting area meaning the bedroom was hot and stuffy. The solution offered by the hotel was a portable a/c unit that vented through the window. Not really what we expected for this class of hotel and upgrade.
