The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the subway station, bus stops, a variety of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided daily, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Overall a great experience! Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of my stay so cannot fully speak for the amenities.

After reading the description of this hotel I had high expectations. I hoped they would be helpful to tourists. I had read there was a concierge, armed with that information I had expectations for help finding several spots around Seoul, places from kdramas that i was hoping to visit. Out of all the staff at the front desk only 1 young man went out of his way to help me. He was there the morning of the 13th. I read there were 3 restaurants in the hotel, there was only 1. Gym was not available. The housekeeping staff were friendly and very good at accommodating my " do not disturb " requests. Leaving water and fresh towels daily. Even greeting me at the elevator with an daily bottle of water one day. Smiling and very friendly. As for location I think it was pretty good. I ate more fast food in 10 days than I have in 10 years, but the BK menu selection was pretty interesting . I felt safe in the hotel. I did 1 load of laundry, (my stay was 10 days). The washer smelled but I suspect that people didn't know to leave the door open after use. I felt that this was ok and enjoyed the help from a staff member who stopped to show me which payment buttons to press, despite the language barrier. There are many convenience stores close by where I bought milk for my coffee and other comforts. Breakfast is not free, this was not a problem as there are many Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tealeaf places close by.

The location was great. Our room was clean and comfortable.

During our visit the hotel was under renovation and looks like it’s gonna be very nice, we had a great time here, closet to transportation and easy to walk around the hotel

We had a pretty good stay at Hotel Newv overall. The deluxe family room was spacious for three people plus our big luggages, which made a huge difference in comfort. The AC worked really well & was easy to adjust to our liking. I also appreciated that you can crack the window open a bit, especially helpful when eating in the room & there are screens you can put up, which is a nice touch. Storage is a bit limited though. There aren’t many drawers or bedside tables, so we had to improvise & use the headboard area to place our things. It worked out, but it would’ve been more convenient to have proper storage. One downside was that the lobby/first floor was under construction during our stay, & we weren’t informed ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up. That said, the staff did apologize & provided earplugs for the morning noise, which we appreciated. The bathroom was decent, though the shower door tends to leak a bit of water outside, might just need better sealing. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very kind & pleasant throughout our stay. Overall, not perfect, but still a comfortable & decent place to stay. There is also an airport bus stop that is about a 10min walk. I would come back & stay here again.

Spa facilities are amazing!!!!

Things were not as easy // convenient as it used to be due to their major construction. Not sure if this was safe for the customers to go in & out thru this construction path. I am so aware and even glad this construction is for BETTER serve for the customers in the upcoming days but the way it was handled raised some concerns.

The hotel was under renovation and did not notice to me when I booked. only one elevator working.. lots of dust, noise and etc
