My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were all very happy with our experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel has two buildings located just one street apart. Breakfast is served in the secondary building, but it was only a short walk, and one of the staff members even walked us over on our first morning to make sure we didn’t get lost. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The location was another highlight. It’s just steps from Galata Tower and Galataport, and only a pleasant walk across the bridge to Istanbul’s historic attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Comfy bed, amazing shower, and in a great neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend any of my friends/family to stay here if they’re in Istanbul.

Great hotel in a central part of town, the bridge and metro is just a short walk less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and had a lot of recommendations. My wife and I would definitely go back.

Be cautious when booking this hotel if you are looking for a good night's sleep. The room was not soundproof which they acknowledged when moving us to another room. The noise was constant throughout the day and night. There is a wine bar directly below the hotel, a rooftop bar above, a busy tourist route outside, regular prayer calls, and numerous stray cats in the area caterwauling all night. As a result, sleep quality was extremely poor during our stay. Breakfast was disappointing, with eggs often served cold. Communication with staff was also frustrating. Many staff members appeared to have limited English, but were reluctant to acknowledge this, which led to repeated misunderstandings and unnecessary frustration. The location may suit those who want to be in the heart of the action, but for anyone who values rest and comfort, the constant noise makes it difficult to relax or sleep properly.

Great property. Great location. Nice rooms. They only had one universal outlet in the wall, so would recommend if you have one or more travelers to bring an adapter.

Hotel is basic but clean and convenient. Located in a beautiful street, in a very comfortable area of the city. Staff were kind and always looking for ways to be helpful - thank you for all.
