Great location, clean room, comfy beds, and nice shower. We also ate at the restaurant and it was good with a 15% coupon.

The hotel is nice with a great location. However, black mold was all over the bathroom ceiling. I informed the front desk. When it was time to leave, we kindly asked if we could use a luggage cart to bring our luggage down. The front desk told us we were not allowed to personally use the carts and they would send someone up with it. The person never came and when we asked about it the person at the front desk claimed someone knocked and no one answered. We were in the room waiting the entire time. Overall, the place was nice but I don’t think it was worth almost $600 a night.

Great stay to be honest, couldn’t fault it, possible improvement is that the shower was an open shower, not a wet room but it did make a huge mess while in there, but its minor really, amazing hotel, polite helpful staff x

Our room was so clean and quiet. Even though we were in a busy section of Dublin, you didn't know it when you came to your room. It was a great way to unwind in a quiet and clean space after a busy day.

Helpful staff. Close to everything. Geared towards a younger crowd on temple bar but still really convenient. Bed in a corner which was a bit inconvenient for a couple. But otherwise good.

Great location for walking to all the attractions. Our trip was during the World Cup (in the US) so the pubs and streets were full of lively futbol fans and it was busy till early hours in the morning. Hotel staff were helpful and kind, there’s a restaurant around the corner instead of eating at the pub connected to the hotel, grab some steak from Hellfire - it was delicious! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was small, not too loud after dark given the location was in the center of lots of activities. We were able to get through a tour of town using the hop-on-hop-off bus which was a great way to move around with kids.
