The room conditions was good as usual and we had stayed many time with Midoori hotel whenever with are at JB . Perhaps Midoori can cater for rooms that can sleep 4 pax configuration. More room with 2 single beddings is desirable for our travelling group too.

Stayed a night in the Triple Deluxe. Room was big and spacious even with a King bed and a single bed. Some noise from the street but did not affect the sleep at all. Staff was friendly and check in process was fuss-free and smooth. No on-premise parking.

Pros: Room cleanliness ok. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some towel are torn and have funny smell. Parking are chargeable.
For the price range it met my expectations

Toilet was not well cleaned. Especially the toilet roll holder,, one room water heater not functioning well… water little warm only when turned max hotness… another room with rusty hinges on glass shower glass door. male receptionist should be more welcoming and smiling face.

Overall a clean and convenient place to stay in Mt Austin but there was a power outage that lasted the entire night on 2 Jan.
