The room was clean, location was good. Plug in room was 220V that was a bit inconvenient as we had to take out the TV plug (110V)in order to charge our phone.

There is no onsite restaurant or concierge services however, staff are very helpful to assist with vouchers for a nearby restaurant and contacts for taxi services. The hotel is right in the heart of things, which makes it easy to get around town.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
I stayed during the World Cup and from my room window, I had a perfect view of the big screen outside at Hendrikplein, which made my experience very special.
The room itself was comfortable, but it could use more maintenance. I noticed some wear and tear on the sofa chair, carpet, paintwork, and a few details where repairs looked a bit untidy. These are small things, but taking care of them would make the room feel much more polished.
Another area that could also be improved is the front desk service. A warm smile and a welcoming attitude are such an important part of the guest experience, and I felt this was missing. We also asked a few basic questions about the hotel that the staff couldn't answer, so I believe additional training and better product knowledge would really benefit the team.
Overall, it's a nice hotel in a fantastic location, and with a few improvements in maintenance and customer service, it has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.

Room & service - good .. can add paper towel roll in the room ..
Location good
We only concern I didn't have anyone early morning to check us out at the reception.. we had to hand over the room keys and my information to the security guard for receiving the deposit refund..
