Rooms were clean, the roof top terrace was nice to relax at the end of the day. Location was good, close to everything but in an alley so not right in the middle of Bui Vien street bustle.

The hotel is next to a very vibrant area, but the noise is at a bare minimum. The room is very clean and comfortable, and all the amenities work perfectly.

அற்புதம் It’s a quiet, small place with a good price of feeling of goodness from the owner couple and relatively quiet except for some noise in the alleyway some nights because because of thoughtless people from other properties otherwise for those wanting to stay in district one this is probably as good as fine as you will find

Surprised by so many good reviews. Yes, the location is great, but that's probably the only good thing about this hotel. First of all, the drain smell in the bathroom is hardly bearable. Second, everything but the floor was quite dusty. Third, there was constant outside noise (but this was the least of the issues because we kinda expected that considering the area). The room was outdated and quite far from what you can see on the photos (but again, it's only 2*, so we didn't expect much here as well). The cherry on top: when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our cab to the airport, the lady who was cleaning the floor literally kicked us out to wait outside (she couldn't stop for 3 minutes and wait until we're gone).
I gave 3/5 only because we spent there only one night (arrived late and departed early). If we spent there more days, with that smell I'm afraid it'd have been not more than 2/5. Maybe they have better rooms though.
