It was like home away from home. Besides the excellent rooms and facilities, what made the hotel great was the staff. They were always willing and attentive and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit juices and the service was great. We used the Collections club and the food was very average. For a hotel like Four Seasons could have more variety but it was very limited choice. Overall the staff make for any shortcomings. Will certainly visit again.

Fabulous hotel with incredible suites, amazing inclusions from afternoon tea to a club room and a fantastic meal at Far and East. The staff were amazing offering such great service. We'd highly recommend staying here!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was top-notch and the food was out of this world. I can’t say enough about this place and would recommend it to everyone.

You cannot miss with this hotel, its rooms, or especially its staff - some of the best, most dedicated people you will meet. Amazing service and attention. One of my best stays.
