The air conditioning was not functioning due to poor maintenance, so they provided us with a fan. The pillows and bed covers are old, with holes and stains.

Great price, clean room and very nice staff. Thanks a lot! Water pressure of the robinet was good but the one of the shower in our room needed to be improved for a better experience.

Because we used Hanoi as a staging area for trips to Sapa and Lan Ha Bay, we actually stayed here 3 times. The hotel's central location is perfect; within walking distance to everything, yet safe and quiet. The rooms could use a splash of paint to freshen things up. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Easy, convenient and well-priced.
