The rooms were clean and the property was very quiet. If you’re going to the Vatican, the location is fantastic. The bed was great and all in all a solid stay. You also have the use of a kitchen, which could be helpful.
When you leave the room, all the electricity cuts off. So when you come back on a hot day, it takes a while for the air conditioner to catch up.
I would recommend it for a medium priced solution. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and a great location an awesome balcony.

Chambre petite, mais propre et fonctionnel. Je n’ai pas aimé que mes messages n’aient pas été répondu la veille de mon arrivée, j’ai reçu un message me disant urgent, vous devez nous envoyer vos pièces d’identité. Sinon on va annuler la réservation. J’ai lu le message juste avant de prendre l’avion pour Rome, et je suis arrivé avec la crainte que ma réservation avait été annulée selon la page Expedia, le nettoyage de la chambre se faisait à tous les jours, mais durant notre séjour de trois nuits, une seule fois, ça a été fait.

The check in process was a little confusing, but once we got past that, everything was great. Perfect location. Very walkable to the Vatican. Great restraints nearby. Would highly recommend this place.
