The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.

Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost.

Good facility, wonderful location, very friendly and courteous staff. Food is over-priced though. If intending to visit Kokkumalai tea estate, this is well located, otherwise it is almost an hour drive from Munnar.
