The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime. There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking. For the price and experience I would not stay here again.

Check in was not on time as expected. Property undergoing improvements which is causing some disruption.

We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!!
