Beautiful building, fantastic staff all of whom were extremely polite on our stay. The grounds of the hotel were impeccable and finished our wonderful stay off to a tee. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon 😊

What a top hotel. Got a free upgrade at check in too. Small complimentary bottle of port in the room too. Food was amazing. 10/10.

Nice location. Some organisation issues. Particularly at breakfast. Lack of crockery/ server. Although young waiter tried his best.

Room very cold on arrival but the lady at reception turned up the great whilst having dinner. A lovely hotel but unfortunately I had a terrible sleep with people walking through the corridor at 2am and 3am - I could hear the floor board creaking. At 4am I called reception as I was disturbed by what sounded like hoovering and banging as if a hoover was hitting the floorboards. On check out I was not offered an apology or asked how my stay was. I would not go back I don’t think. Pillows also not comfortable. Staff in restaurants very accommodating
