Ideal location for Therme Erding. Park tickets are not included in your stay. Not many places to eat around the hotel, McDonald’s in a 18 min walk away. Fridge in room but no kettle. No water provided. Hob available but no cookware nor cutlery. This is chargeable extra. Only shower gel wash available in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner.

Super clean! The outside looks a little rundown but the inside what new and very clean. The town of Erding as well as the neighboring towns were really fun to explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place, convenient location to walk to the spa. The rooms was clean and there were numerous options for breakfast.

This is a great place to stay.It's literally just a quick walk to the thermal spots and the water park.

The "guesthouse" hotel is wonderful! The "Victory" complex is a large "thermal water park" with people walking around in bathing suits, towels and robs, even at the restaurants! 100% unsanitary. I would not recommend staying at the "hotel" water park. The guest house hotel is on the other side of the complex, which is quite and provides some remoteness. The staff is very professional, rooms are fantastic with many updates, balconies and also included daily breakfast. Well worth the price paid. Would 100% recommend.
