Everything about this resort was incredible. The resort, the location, the staff, the food and the entire vibe. I had a minor emergency with my 16 year old where she needed to see a doctor or nurse at midnight and the staff was incredible and instead of calling for a taxi to take us to the hospital they sent their security person to drive us, waited for us and drove us back. I never expected that and so glad they did as I was traveling alone with my kid. Overall, I will 100% recommend this as a great place to stay for families or adults only as well. We will be coming back next year.

This hotel has a great location. Beach is nice. Water was nice as well. Housekeeping was very slow and unreliable. I wasn’t able to check in to my room until 5pm after arriving at 1pm. I don’t expect early check in, but I do expect the room to be ready by the 4pm check in time. I witnessed a child’s horror after digging a dirty diaper from the sand and watching poop fall out as he lifted it up. Staff is extremely ready to have every beach chair locked up by 6pm. Some of us like to get as much beach time as possible! Breakfast and coffee were decent, just high priced. I do recommend the pizza from the little shack by the beach, it was very good. As a nice parting gift, I had to deal with food charged to my room that I did not order. I had really high expectations for my first trip to Aruba, maybe it was just bad luck, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations

Great property. Great location. Great staff. Only thing I don’t recommend is Ruinas Del Mar restaurant. Food subpar and way overpriced. Other than that, a great place to stay.
