We've got the harbor view and mountain view on the 12th floor. We love the hot spring, but wouldn't dare to soak in the cold spring for too long. The hotel room, staff and the food were all very good!

Wonderful hotel in every aspect. The room is spacious and the shower is luxurious with indoor spring bathtub. The breakfast is pleasant to the eyes and tasteful to the mouths. The staff is helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who visits this area.

There was a typhoon with big rain when we were at hotel, the hotel management handled terrible, there are no electricity for the whole night and nobody informed us what was happening. The hotel closed the basement parking lot garage gate without letting people to decide to move car out or not and once no electricity, the water pump is not working, all the car in the parking garage were covered under the water. The management is not fully responsible.
