When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved. We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

From checking in to leaving, the staff were exceptional. Great idea to have the option of having room cleaned at a time of our convenience or not since we had a 3 night stay. So no need to leave room early for cleaning.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. I was satisfied with hotel's cleanliness, air conditioning, water pressure. I could relax in quiet room.
