Magnificent hotel and very friendly staff. Perfect place for families and perfect location in Paris. Mostly everything walking distances and if not by walking everything is 15 min drive with Uber. My wife and kids loved it and definitely would return again.

When you stay in a 5 star hotel, certain things are not supposed to fail. This was an exceptionally warm week in Paris and this hotel's air conditioning was unable cope up. Table fans were provided, but were no replacement for air conditioning. Could not sleep for 3 nights. One day the lights in the room stopped working. Took them 2 hours to arrange an electrician. No compensation was offered for this ordeal.
