Staff was great but the rooms were in bad condition. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was confusing getting around the complex. Nothing nearby (restaurants, shopping, etc)

Overall we had a good stay with good facilities gym,spa and pool!

The staff was friendly but lied on us about the air conditioning system in our room. It was terrible no air conditioner we didn’t sleep well those days . ☹️

Terrible. Arrived and staff was rude and slow at checking. Our room was dirty with old towels and dirty bed (look at pictures ).again staff was slow and we had to sit in the corridor with our suitcases for 40 minutes. We specifically booked for a room with a balcony , but were given a new room which apparently was an upgrade but it had no balcony. Again when we let the staff know they said it’s either this or you wait for your main one to actually be cleaned. We were tired and it was the evening so we took it. Room is dirty with splashes in the bin and all over the kitchen. Bathroom has mould. Pool is dirty, sauna and hamma aren’t working. Half of the gym is falling apart. Totally avoid

Only thing to say is that the pool is not kids friendly.

my room, had a leaking ceiling and mold. I had to check out and not stay in this room.

We’ve had hard time finding the way to the hotel (because of road construction in the area) and late check in was a bit challenging. The room was ok, a bit outdated

Functional apartment. Central. Downside was the shower exhaust fan not working and a fridge that seemed temperamental. When you are charging 200 Euros a night we expect that these things are attended to. Also kitchen amenities were lacking. There was no kettle. And finally room cleaning was infrequent. On a positive note I found staff helpful. What really lets this place down though was the smokers near the stairs. Smoke wafted into corridors.
