The building has seen better days and was being repainted internally when we were there so will probably get better Staff were very friendly and helpful which goes a long way Really good location near the centre Breakfast adequate

The staff were lovely and responsive however the room was very basic. Towels were threadbare, shower sprayed the whole bathroom, every door and cupboard creaked, the couch couldn’t be sat upon for fear it would break and the room was very difficult to heat (we stayed in Jan). The breakfast options were always cold ( other than the freshly cooked eggs). Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! I liked the location because it was close to everything however not on a busy street. The hotel does not have an elevator however the staff were wonderful and brought my bag to my room. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

The staff at Lacasa were very friendly and incredibly helpful—they truly went out of their way to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Any issues were sorted quickly and with a smile. The motel itself felt a bit tired, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The location was central and walkable. Overall, the staff were the highlight and made all the difference.

very average breakfast...limited options in choice and quanity. very poor access driveway and pathway to hotel reception...steep and undafe/slippery surface.

The people working at the front desk were lovely but the hotel is quite old, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it is extremely loud. We could hear people yelling down the hallway until late at night.
