தனிமை தங்குதல்

Nothing was like it says. No robes.. no slippers.. no safe.. no no toiletries... even no hand soap at the sink.. terrible wifi...no satellite TV only thai channels.. satellite TV means foreign channels...when I complain ans ask for manager the answer I got was ... ohhh sorry and manager in bankok .. well they brought me a safe wich was hilarious because it was not bolted down so you could just walked out with it I was here 3 years ago and then there was a different management and now it is so so much worse .. they even forgott to clean my room one day The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool

Canceled my room because the maid stole some of my things I went to complain and cancel the next night and they said the maid did nothing wrong moving my things (cash earrings watch stolen) but they will cancel my room and give me my second night stay back. They never did and the police never recovered my stolen things.

Good location. Room is ok but expensive for what you get. If you take the first price everybody entering or exiting the hotel can see in your room if you don't close the curtains. And everybody looks, including the staff. Housecleaning was good but reception staff wasn't welcoming, a bit rude and obvisouly didn't know much about how to receive clients properly.
